At A&D Precision we take great pride and pleasure
in our ability to assemble finished components that
we have previously machined. With our high attention
to drawing tolerances and with good machining practices
we ensure that a perfect fit is the only possible result
when assembling components that have been machined in
our facilities.
We are well versed in many facets of the fit and assembly
of components including features such as:
tight machined joint faces 63 rms or better, flat within .0002" over 8 ft. lengths
split ring machining and assembly
nitro fit shrinking and pressed fit sleeves and bushings with follow on machining
thermal expansion of rings for interference fits up to .050"on diameters.
