With the continual addition and upgrading of our Boring
Mill equipment, we are capable of handling a full range
of milling requirements from small components requiring
high speeds and feeds up to 100+ tons requiring heavy
cuts while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Some
of our capabilities include:
120 ton rotary table capacity
135 ton floor milling capabilities
Boring Mill floor travel up to 80 ft.
Boring Mill vertical travel of 160"
Dual Column Beds
Side-Entry-Milling capabilities to profiles of .001"
In-line boring to .001" positional tolerance over 10 ft. depth.
Deep slotting to 10" depth x 1" wide x 40 ft. (June 2003)
